Actions to Foster Internationalisation

To support Ukrainian SMEs in entering EU markets, the project enables targeted pathways to international expansion through:

• Conducting Market Analysis for Italy and Portugal to identify entry points, challenges, and opportunities;

• Organising mobility programmes and trade missions for SME and cluster representatives;

• Facilitating access to Chambers of Commerce in partner countries, with curated guidance on business culture, legal frameworks, and available support schemes;

• Developing tailored policy guidelines to reduce administrative barriers and enhance alignment with EU standards
