The second webinar of the UA_EU_CLUSTER5.0 project, implemented with the support of the European Union, focuses on Operations Management 5.0.
The session will explore how to manage operations through the lens of Industry 5.0 β with a special focus on modern modeling and simulation methods. Participants will learn about the key types of digital models: Digital Model, Digital Shadow, and Digital Twin, and understand their specific features. The session will demonstrate how companies can benefit from implementing these solutions.
