Webinar 2: Operations Management 5.0 - October 20th, 2025
The second webinar of the UA_EU_CLUSTER5.0 project, implemented with the support of the European Union, focuses on Operations Management 5.0.
The session will explore how to manage operations through the lens of Industry 5.0 – with a special focus on modern modeling and simulation methods. Participants will learn about the key types of digital models: Digital Model, Digital Shadow, and Digital Twin, and understand their specific features. The session will demonstrate how companies can benefit from implementing these solutions.

Indústria 5.0 para as empresas ucranianas: um começo prático com a UE
O projeto UA_EU_CLUSTER5.0 foi criado para apoiar as PME ucranianas no processo de transformação digital e integração europeia. A Câmara de Comércio e Indústria de Chernihiv, em parceria com clusters da Itália e de Portugal, ajuda as empresas a navegar por abordagens de produção modernas que combinam tecnologia, sustentabilidade e o fator humano.
Agenda:
— O que é a Indústria 5.0 e por que é importante para as PME;
— Como a inovação, a sustentabilidade e as abordagens centradas no ser humano são integradas na produção;
— Como funciona o modelo de negócio sustentável na UE.
